- Kate and Don talk with Robert Crone and Lori Diadone from the Eastern Area Agency on Aging about the role of the EAAA's Furry Friends Food Bank in keeping seniors and their pets together. This important project provides pet food to seniors and the disabled who need help in making ends meet and often have to choose between feeding themselves and feeding their pet. The benefits of pets for seniors are well established, so keeping them both together and in good health is important. This is also the launch of Green Acres Kennel Shop's annual fundraiser for the Furry Friends Food Bank. – www.greenacres-donate.com - http://goo.gl/gzLKBD
