Don and Kate interview Susan Briggs and Robin Bennett, authors of Off-Leash Dog Play, and dog-play and doggie daycare consultants on dog play at doggie daycares and boarding kennels. We will discuss the importance of on-going training for daycare and kennel staff that supervise dog play, the level of supervision, and what to look for when you are paying others to supervise your dog’s playful interactions with other dogs. We also address the fact that not all dogs enjoy group play and that it can be counter-productive.
